8 Megapixel Camera
Apple Daily, a China-based blog, put the leaks about the capabilities of the camera on the website. Ipad 3 is very likely will come with an 8 megapixel camera. It is seen from the displays that leak on the internet. The design of the case looks a bit different from its older brother, iPad 2. The beveled edge design perhaps has something to do with the larger battery of iPad 3 which is expected can live longer than the predecessor.
Dual-core A5X Processor
Wei Phone, another Chinese site put the second photo of the leaks on its page, too. Obviously, the new generation of iPad has a quicker performance than its predecessor. Many fans are a bit disappointing when the leaked information suggests that the processor is “only A5X.” But it is said that Apple only disguises the A6 processor, mention it as A5X to prevent something unexpected that could happen before the release. Another suggestion says the A5X processor is only a prototype, just like the tradition of Apple that always creates a number of prototypes before eventually coming with the final form.
9.7 inch Display

IBM announced that they have created a chip which could imitate human brains to understand its surroundings and act on things happening around it. This computer will learn and react to things that had happened in the past and adapt through experience. This new generation of computer they have called “cognitive computers”.
The project called SyNAPSE was revealed on Thursday, two prototype chips shows the ability to reason and react by data input. IBM said, ”Imagine traffic lights that can integrate sights, sounds and smells and flag unsafe intersections before disaster happens.”
“Or imagine cognitive co-processors that turn servers, laptops, tablets and phones into machines that can interact better with their environments.”
Previously, IBM have tested with their previous chip and challenged two Jeopardy champion in the game and won. The Watson supercomputer is nothing like the new chips they developed. This type of technology could help researchers to monitor water supplies and measuring temperature, pressure, and wave height calculating it and in a split second send out warnings when a tsunami type danger is coming. Or other example for groceries, to maintain the freshness of its products with smell sensors to tell if the product has gone bad or not.
“The computers we have today are more like calculators, we want to make something like the brain. It is a sharp departure from the past.”
The prototype chips in its core can contain 262.144 programmable synapses, and 65.536 learning synapses. And they are planning to develop a million neuron and 10 billion synapses in one square centimeter chip with this type of technology. To accomplish this goal they need more energy resources and time for the SyNapse project.
The next phase of the project IBM has been rewarded with a 21 million dollar funding from DARPA, a U.S. Military Branch and will be assembling a team from Columbia, Cornell, California, Merced, Wisconsin, Madison Universities.

It was first publicly demonstrated in June at the D9 conference, hosted by Walt Mossberg. The reaction to the new operating system was defined as ‘Pretty Radical’ and the newest version should be ‘Even Bigger’ than previous models. The Windows 8 is developed for PC and tablets. It will work with every range of input types, sizes in pixels densities, small big screen, laptops, desktops, and classroom mega size displays. It will also have ranged keyboard types also with or without writing input the devices will work and handle perfectly.
As like before with Windows Seven, Microsoft is encouraging readers and beta testers to write about the new operating system. They are encourage to submit feedback as additional details and upgrades and bug fixes. The problems will be released till the final product is launch. it is similar with the steps they taken before.
Critics after the D9 conference since the demo has been starting a commotion for more details about the operating system. Prediction of when windows 8 will be ready will be Autumn next year.

There will be a 2GHz dual-core smartphone coming from Samsung by next year. With the dual-core, it means you will have a 4GHz single core smartphone, which is equally with a desktop computer’s speed! Samsung is going to make the new phone with its own processor, the Exynos, which is also currently still under some development, and will be used in the upcoming Galaxy S 2. Even further, Samsung is also has a plan to sell its dual core processors to other manufacturers.
But for the smartphone, as far as we know, Samsung hasn’t given any other details yet regarding the phone. So we have to wait until they release more information or announcement about the phone, which could be still far from complete.
